It's my first time to shop in the NAIN offline shop. I have to say the service was really disappointed. There was two staffs there, the young girl always smiled and provided a really nice service, however the older staff service attitude was really really bad. Not only no smile at all, but also, while i was making my payment, her attitude really like i did something wrong to her and give my card and shopping bag to me without eye contact and smile even no words at all!!!
Never will go to that shop again.So disappointed with the service. |
